Information Rehear Stores On Your Device

Rehear is designed as a local-first audio practice app. Your imported audio files, artwork, lesson and collection names, bookmarks, playback progress, app settings, waveform data, and other practice data are stored on your device except where a feature described below requires an external service.

Usubilab does not receive your imported audio files, library contents, bookmarks, playback history, or derived practice data through the core app experience.

• Audio files and artwork that you import into the app
• File names and metadata read from imported audio
• Lesson, collection, track, and bookmark information
• Playback progress, bookmark ranges, and app preferences
• Derived data used to support playback and practice features, such as waveform and phrase data

Purchases And Subscriptions

Rehear uses Apple in-app purchases and RevenueCat to manage Rehear Pro purchases, subscription status, entitlement checks, and purchase restoration.

Apple processes payments. Usubilab and RevenueCat do not receive your full payment card details from Rehear.

RevenueCat may receive purchase history, receipt information, product identifiers, entitlement status, app version information, and an anonymous app user identifier generated for purchase management. This information is used to unlock paid features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and understand purchase and subscription status.

Crash Reports And Diagnostics

Rehear uses Firebase Crashlytics to help identify, diagnose, and fix crashes or stability issues.

Diagnostic information may be sent to Google Firebase, including crash traces, app version, device model, operating system version, timestamps, Firebase installation identifiers, Crashlytics installation identifiers, and related technical details needed to diagnose the crash.

Crash reports are used only to improve app reliability. Rehear does not intentionally send your imported audio files, library contents, bookmarks, or practice data in crash reports.

Usage Analytics

Rehear uses Firebase Analytics to understand aggregated app usage, feature adoption, and basic app performance signals so Usubilab can improve the product.

Analytics information may be sent to Google Firebase, including app opens, session information, in-app purchase events, feature usage events, app version, device model, operating system, approximate geography, language, timestamps, Firebase installation identifiers, and Analytics app instance identifiers.

Firebase Analytics is not used to receive your imported audio files, library contents, bookmark contents, or practice data, and Rehear does not use Firebase Analytics for third-party advertising.

Support Requests

If you contact Usubilab for support, Usubilab may collect your email address and the information you include in your message. This information is used to respond to your request, investigate issues, and keep necessary support records.

Please avoid sending audio files or sensitive personal information in support requests unless Usubilab specifically asks for it to investigate an issue.

Privacy Policy Website Hosting

This Privacy Policy may be hosted using Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process request metadata, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the web page.

Usubilab does not add advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers to the Privacy Policy page unless this policy is updated to say so.

Information Sharing

Usubilab does not sell your personal information and does not use your information for third-party advertising.

Usubilab may share information with service providers only as needed to operate Rehear and related services:

• Apple, for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription processing
• RevenueCat, for purchase status, entitlement management, and purchase restoration
• Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, for product analytics and crash diagnostics
• Cloudflare, for hosting and securing public web pages such as this policy

Usubilab may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid request from a public authority, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Usubilab, or the public.

Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, delete the app, or otherwise remove it from your device.

Support communications are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain support records.

Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, and Usubilab as needed to provide purchase restoration, manage entitlements, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.

Analytics, crash reports, and diagnostic records are retained according to Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics retention practices and Usubilab's operational needs for product improvement and app reliability.

Your Choices

You can delete local Rehear data by deleting imported content in the app or deleting Rehear from your device.

You can restore or manage purchases using Apple's App Store purchase and subscription controls, and by using Rehear's restore purchases feature where available.

You may contact Usubilab to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that Usubilab controls. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, for security, for fraud prevention, or to maintain purchase and subscription records.

Children

Rehear is not intended for children under 13 years old. Usubilab does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Usubilab, please contact Usubilab so that appropriate action can be taken.

International Processing

Usubilab and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Changes To This Policy

Usubilab may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When the policy changes, Usubilab will update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law or platform requirements.
